Delivery:
Jewelry is sent from Sweden within 3-5 days.
Original drawing and paintings are sent from Sweden within 3-5 days. Depending on delivery method you may be required to pick up the order at a specific delivery point. The order is shipped as a trackable parcel.
Art Prints are sent from Sweden within 5-10 days. Depending on delivery method you may be required to pick up the order at a specific delivery point. The order is shipped as a trackable parcel.
Returns & Exchanges
You may withdraw your order by notifying STUDIO MORR within 14 days from the day that you received the ordered products. If you wish to return your order, please contact STUDIO MORR before returning your order and you will be provided information on how to return and where to send the package. Just send an email to hellostudiomorr@gmail containing your name, order number, address and the reason for returning.
You must then also, immediately and within 14 days from the date of the withdrawal notification, return the withdrawn products to STUDIO MORR at your expense. You are responsible for the condition of the products during the shipment back. Please send these well packaged, in good condition and in their original packaging. When returning goods as a parcel, please use a Track & Trace number as this guarantees that the items will arrive at their destination.
If a returned item is shipped from a country outside the EU, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any customs charges. STUDIO MORR is not responsible for any customs charges regarding the returned parcel. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
When an order is withdrawn by you, STUDIO MORR will refund the price that you have paid for the products withdrawn. From the amount to be refunded I will however deduct any depreciation in value of the products if they are damaged in any way. Shipping costs are further only refunded if the withdrawn products form a whole order and are therefore not refunded if you cancel only parts of an order. STUDIO MORR will pay the amount to be refunded when the withdrawn products are received.
The refund will be paid with the same payment method that you used to pay the withdrawn products unless otherwise agreed.
