These general terms and conditions apply when you place an order from STUDIO MORR on studiomorr.com. By accepting these General Conditions, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have your legal guardian’s permission and that you will comply with the General Conditions. You also confirm that you have read the information on personal data and cookies and approve the use of such data in accordance with the privacy policy.
Color Disclaimer
Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, colors may appear different on different monitors. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise. Since it is not possible to guarantee that online colors on studiomorr.com will look the same on all computers, I cannot guarantee that what you see on your monitor accurately portrays the color of the actual printed product.
Orders
When you receive an order confirmation from STUDIO MORR, your purchase order is accepted and a purchase agreement is entered. I encourage you to save the order confirmation for any future contacts with STUDIO MORR. I may deny a purchase order for various reasons, for example if you provide incorrect personal data and/or have a record for non-payment of debt. You may withdraw your order until it has been confirmed by me. I will then refund any payment that you, or your pay- or credit card company, have made for the order.
Payment & Security
When you purchase using Paypal or Stripe, a buyer's information is 100% secure and is not shared with the seller. In other words, none of your information can be seen or collected by me or any unauthorized entity and cannot be used outside of this site. All prices are in the currency stated on the website. Please note that local charges (such as currency conversion fees, credit or bank card fees, sales tax, customs duty etc.) may apply depending on where you live and local regulations. Such charges are at your expense and will not be refunded by me.

This means that all material including trademark, company name, images and graphics, design, layout and information on products, services and other content may not be copied or used without my prior written consent.

The information I need from you, and collect, is following: Name, Address and Email address. STUDIO MORR only records this information with a view to delivering the items you order and to offer you the best possible customer service.
